- 100 ml of coffee
- 170 ml of heavy cream
- 230 ml of whole milk
- 130 g of sugar
The procedure is very simple, the only thing you have to make in advance is the coffee. Once it is ready leave it cool completely (without adding sugar) and when it will be cooled put it in the beaker and add cream, milk and sugar. Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved, pour it in the gelato maker and leave it freeze for 30-40 minutes.
